already chestunaaru, specially targetting NRIs edo pichakuntla lands anni teesi antagadtunaaru.....most of the NRIs buying lands near to Hyd are non locals...they have no clue what is going on

You are wrong.. Hyd Telangana agitation valla konchem backfoot lo unde ippudu it is catching up.. Metro, Outer ring road, world class aiport, ISB, IT companies, Pharma industry Hyderabad is growing left and right and the price affodability will worsen in the next few years.. Villas ippudu konakapote future lo 1 to 2c range lo darakavu aa area lo.. oka 2 to 3 years agite 3 to 4 c pettalsi vastundi.. Last year vella nenu Northwest hyderabad is like growing left and right.. Very upscale villa projects..
