Vundataniki aithe ok, if you are staying  ledu ante you will get no returns , rent antha radu  you can only sell in future for profit  think as its large amount of money

Buy villas only if you planning to stay there. Otherwise not much rents.  If you want returns , good to buy land some where else.

Yup.. Thanks for the reply. I found there are not much rents on the villas.. I will try to find some independent house with portions for rent. Thank you.

Apartments konte quality ela untadi walls cement bricks sand and steel. 5-8 years lo motham padayi potay ani vinna apartments. construction quality new apartments ki ela check chesukovali. Builder antha bagane cheptadu but reality 3 years tarvata telustadi konnaka.

Apartments are full of seepages Basu these days no construction quality unless u go for reputed builder..
