Hyderabad lo Apartment 2 BR vastadi anthe. Apartment waste anipistundi because of low quality construction and bad compare to individual house

FD interest is treated as income. and have to pay income tax noo

10% TDS on Interest amount by default ga cut chesukuntaru FD lo if annual interest exceeds 10k Rs. Okavela nee Income 20% tax bracket lo padithe appudu inko 10% kattali tax filing appudu.

childish thinking, you probably are around 30 years or less age ayyi undali. Cash won't grow beyond what the predefined value you and bank agreed after maturity period is over. Land aithe you have 100% chance in 5 years it at least adds more value.

i don't know your background but we generally but in a place we are familiar so that we know the real story. If you go to no man land and try to buy you need someone you trust with good knowledge to educate you. Before Amaravati announced, my cousins brought land in Nuzividu without talking to anyone in family and they are cheated by someone. The land they brought was sold to three different people probably because they are dumb enough to not to do enough research.

just buy ventures if you are not sure 

ofcourse you pay little more than the actual market price but you get 100% in less than 5 years

3 different people ki sell chesthe Registration website lo chuyinchaleda. or did they just pay money and wrote some agreement and not registered? Land lo malli Survey numbers kooda thappu padutay ani vinna.
