EB5 Visa

Hi Guys,

Any one has info about EB5 investor visa if yes, then my question would be how many days are we supposed to wait to receive EAD once we submit the funds and documents.

I don’t know the exact process but when I was visiting fantastic sams saloon, the owners were Chinese. The lady who worked there told me the process below 

so they formed a trust appointed a lawyer and invested money on this franchise and hired americans, then after couple of years they might have filed for GC. That’s how it goes I believe ?

Basic q - Should we show $500k as balance in our account for few yrs or should we invest in business of $500k and hire 10 ppl working under you for couple of yrs atleast?

Should we give $500k to US and hire ppl with some business ?

Yes you should invest atleast 500k in a business that could employ atleast 10-13 Americans and those funds should be from proper sources .. it can be gift money too (like parents selling property and gifting to kids )

mana india lo reddy's and some other caste deggara kuda 500k is jujubi kada..why they are not investing. business lo invest seyali ante malli GC partner undali kada....2-3 restaurants open sesthe ...
