What do you guys take? Currently I am not taking anything and the progress is very slow. Half inch peragallanna it is taking 2 months. Coach emo theesuko antunnadu like whey, creatine. General physician emo don’t take it- manage it with natural protein antundhi. You will get kidney problems if you take those supplements antundhi. Currently I am only doing deadlifts, squats, bench press and pull-ups.

supplements tho kidneys ki affect avvadhu... your body treats any form of protein in the same manner, be it supplements or through food.... if you take excess protein then you might have kidney issues, again, be it through food or supplements.... in most case people cant eat a kilo or two non veg everyday so they take supplements to get enough protein...

Protein supplement is fine but don't take Creatine. it might be good in the initial days, but will create medical issues later.

my advice is to NOT use supplements.

Your better options are eat 5-6 egg whites a day and for morning BF drink Raagi java mixed with butter milk and lemon. it gives you good energy boost and eat grilled chicken breast twice a week and grilled salmon fillet twice a week.

Dont go for supplements. But make sure you do enough workouts. Just don't simply eat and sit, you should compensate with enough workouts.

You must drink more water on a High-Protein Diet.. this will be helpful for kidneys ....

natural source of protein is always better.. as u get additional nutrition out of it apart from protein.. Protein from whey powder  is just for convenience  when you are on the go  and also when you can't eat lot of meat

Also increase lemon juice  intake or take potassium citrate supplements and void oxilate foods   to avoid forming kidney stones...

every six months okka sari checkup cheyinchu kunte  ... no issues...

i eat about about 6-8 oz of meat  daily ...mudhu baga thine vadini... cut chesaka didn't see much difference ..

meat lo natural creatine untadhi ...  if you are not  eating meat  ..you can take up to 5g  of creatine...  i feel my muscles fuller when i take it.. but it wont alone make you bigger

be it a preworkut or creatine. need to take a break... leka pothe body use to ayyipothadhi ..
