H1B / H4 EAD Extension - Your opinion

Guys,

I applied for my wife’s H4 EAD extension along with my H1 extension on NOV 7th . According to USCIS website , they are currently processing June 7th applications . I thought it would take 4 more months for my extension to be processed , but yesterday  we received my wife’s EAD card with new extension date but no update on my H1B approval. Since H4 EAD is approved , can I presume that my H1B is also approved ?
