Depends .... personal loans in USA varies from 6% to 24% .... usually around 8-9% which is same as home loan in India

I don’t think india bank managers no much about the visas or these extensions.

All they care is passport copy, 2 year w2s and last 3 pay stubs. Offer letter too. Nuvvu f1 copy pettina picha lite. If your visa stamp on the passport expires, try to morph it for 2 more months
