Anyone invested in Service Apartments

In places like Hyderabad and Shirdi. Tried for Hyderabad but it’s completely booked. Rental income more than 50k ani advertising. Need inputs from investors.

nenu chennai lo vunde appudu akkada global hospital pakkana houses ni patients ki rent ki ichevaru...who wants to stay close to hospital for treatment..month ki 30k fully furnished house...adhe foreigners ki aithe 50k paine....

Basically you will invest in an apartment registered in your name for 20 years lease which is then rented to customers by hotel operator. It will be built like a 3 star hotel apartment. Zero maintenance and regular income even if your apartment is vacant as the income will be divided between all the units in the tower.

oka apartment ichinaam maadi....

operator eventually allowed all sort of shady customers coz of his desperation to fill up ...... oka saari bad name padindantey building meeda, very hard to get rid off or even to sell.

nuvvu cheppina concept lo safe option is to give it college hostels for long term, ....Narayana etc vallu teesukuntaaru....good rental income, but when they vacate you need to get it fully refurbed coz of excess wear n tear

If you already have a house, then give it for serviced apartment but ipudu House koni pedutha ante bongu kuda migaladu...
