Best Investment Opportunities in USA

Hello All,

What are the best midrange investment opportunities with a mix of cash and credit like 100K down + 400K loan. Please don’t talk about Stocks or Mutual Bonds. How good is to invest in lands and convert them into agriculture farms? Also what’s the best choice between Real estate vs Agricultural lands ? .. Again I understand the state in which we stay matters a lot, but wanted to understand the facts in general so that I can plan on investments in any state by tieing up with friends. Any other better suggestions or alternatives are welcome. Let’s take this as a serious thread and not spam it with unrealistic responses please.

I would suggest to buy a condo and give it for rent. The only struggle would be to find a good area in which condo would go for rent most of the time. I already have one and is going good

I bought the condo near to the city where I live. You should look for an area which is not too expensive and also the taxes & HOA fee are not too high. Sometimes you can look for a condo in a downtown too. Also the rent which you earn should atleast be 1% of the price of the condo.

Many of our desis..when coming to business think only of hotels,gas stations,restaurants,groceries  or motels.But there are many un-glamorous business that make you millions..with out much risk

One such is 1-800-GOTJUNK franchise ...there is no risk..just hire some labor and truck drivers(available everywhere) and lease some trucks .The company takes calls and send you work..haul junk and count cash..The franchisees are so hot that it is sold out through out Canada and US..when they open up new cities..they will be sold with in hrs

Similarly carwash,senior care,cleaning business have lot of money with min risk
