Naakhu telsina iddariki kooda same situation. Vaalu india vellaru. But, Vaalu back ravataniki 3-4 months patindhi. Due to some issues regarding stamping. Konchem complicated antha.

Are you sure he is in valid visa status ?

once H1 is approved doesn't CPT status gets voided ?

SEVIS still valid..h1 only approved.. status not changed.. he has to go to India for stamping

Its pure luck if they applied for transfer after 60 days grace period. Anything can happen. Depends on the visa officer who handling that case.

project ayyipothey, vadi emplyr gadu terminate chesi askng to leave country letter sent in mail. 2 weeks gap lo transfer withdraw but initial original h1 not revoked still i94 valid ankunad till nxt yr  paystub extra kavalante new emplyr transfr kosam okati edit cheskoni sent for same. even termination n transfr withdraw date anta. endho emo janalu ! eavudho full tensed still wrkng upon receipt no premium until feb needed to apply h1 extn nxt yr ani malla.
