If he has approved 140 then he has 60 days grace period even if previous h1 is withdrawn.

I know of at least 4 cases who happened to be in the same situation.. and all of them traveled outside the country and got their H1 stamped without any hassles..

Adi 2013 maa frnds ki kuda ala ayindii goldey beacon college lo cpt paina vunde, 

COS denied aithe India ki velli stamping toh successfully camed. valladi Fulltime vunde pharma company lo so no issues.

mari ippudu situation ela vundoo

approval came before Oct 1st anukunta.. will check.. univ vallu SEVIS active ani told.. basic ga he is still a student.. unless H1 stamping is done..

Dokku univ ayite ah 2nd MS chestunnadi with 1st day CPT very bleak chance. Manchi univ ayite cool will get stamped. Denied friends unnaru from thupel universities approved ayina vallu unnaru from decent univ.
