Buy now, prices will go up and even if recession is around the corner prices will not come down right away. It will take at least 2 yrs for prices to come down.

look at 2008 recession, prices cane down in 2011. So I would invest right away as prices are going up and I don’t see any recession in next 4 years

Seattle is at an all time high.. The prices will fall 10 to 20% in Seattle in 2019.. Wait and buy.. Seattle, SFO and Dallas are predicted to be the worst performing markets in 2019 amd 202..
