Yes it's currently down. Chala thaggayi compared to May-June. Rising lo em ledhu see in 2019 and purchase. If you go towards maple creek etc same price ki awesome house comes but most go for Bothell. Many desis, temple, Northshore school district etc. 

You can check any condos in Issaquah. Motham sankanakipoyina Bellevue Redmond Issaquah will stay green. 

You cannot purchase any house in seattle Bellevue Redmond. So marchipo 😀
