Where Fat Goes

Most of us really don’t think about where fat goes when we lose it. We’re just happy the scale says it’s gone. You may be curious to know fat doesn’t magically disappear after going through the fat burning process.

Research calculations show when fat is lost, 84 percent is exhaled as carbon dioxide. The remaining 16 percent is excreted as water. During the conversion of energy, carbon dioxide and water are byproducts or waste, according to Maloney. They are excreted via urine, perspiration, and exhalation.

Meerman provides an excellent graphic on everything you eat and where it all goes in his research. It is summarized below:

148 ounces in   148 ounces out
23oz. oxygen metabolized into 27oz. carbon dioxide
15oz. food   1oz. urine solids
    10oz. metabolic water

110oz. water unchanged 110oz. water
food moisture   urine
beverages   exhaled vapor
plain water   sweat
    feces
What You Eat and Where it Goes

The research also reveals the lungs as the primary organ used to remove fat from your body.

2 miles run cheste just by that you cant lose much weight. It will help as cardio. Weight training to cardio cheste sure you will. Tennis lantivi daily try to play. Koncham interesting ga untundi than running. Also, diet plays a major role. Its all about input/output. Watch and log what you eat. Myfitnesspal app download and enter everyday to track what you eat. Being veggie enough protein undadu so try to eat nuts. E workout sugary drinks avoid. If you do all these sincerely it will definitely help. I would say 70% is diet and 30% is workout. Em chesina pichi pichiga tinte it doesnt help. Good luck !

Running chesthe it helps burn more but adokkate chesthe thaggavu :)You should check the portions of food u r eating

Also do intermittent fasting main ga 2 types afternoon 12- 8pm lopu eat lunch and dinner. Migatha 16 hours zero calories. Only black tea or coffee and water.  Do 2-3 times per week

Inko kind 24hrs lunch to lunch or dinner to dinner. Do once a week then slowly 2 times based on how much you wanna lose. It's a lifestyle change and you can make it a habit rather than some diet which is hard to follow. I do 24 hrs once a week. Lunch to lunch. Dinner appudu black tea then sleep. Lechaka stand up meetings tea thage lopu aipodhi time
