andhulo chudu homes. you will get a fantastic home in less than 500. desi families kuda decent numbers unnaru

yes. woodlands is very nice area bro. posh ante silicon valley laga posh kadhu but this area is very green. motham forest laga untadi. local roads lo 2 sides full thick greens. okappudu only manchi doctors, attorneys alanti vallu untunde anta woodlands lo.

the posh woodlands that you are talking about is towards west of I45. akkada anni lake homes etc untai very rich people. east of I45 ki koncham reasonable homes untai. from 300s and above..

 

Ikkadiki ee madhyalo past 3-4 years lo baga janalu move avvadaniki reason, konni pedda gas companies move ainai like exxon. and because of that a lot of other oil and gas services companies are also moving here. and this place is very close to IAH airport (15-20 mins). but from Katy, sugarland, cypress, pearland IAH is atleast 40-45 mins away.

 

Flood zones koncham jagrathaga chusi konukkovali homes. most of woodlands is not in flood zone. atleast in the last 500 year map.
