1. Rich and upper middle class people go to hospitals and pay in cash. There are many clinics and hospitals which provide these services without insurance on cash basis. Regular hospitals lo unde antha expensive undavu

2. Risk teesukune vallu just go to hospital during labor and give birth. They checkout without paying just like thousands of illegal immigrants do. Hospitals cannot do anything. They keep sending bills for couple of months and then report as loss. Hospitals have insurance for such cases. So no issues for them. They have insurance for unpaid bills. Vaadu collections ki pamputaadu but evari kani pamputaaru. At the end even collections sell of these bad payments to more aggressive collectors for 10 cents on a dollar.
