dgnfiedmn Posted January 3, 2019 Report Posted January 3, 2019 Long long back in 2009 before I was a citizen I did go on a cruise to Mexico with an expired stamp but a valid H-1b approval. They did update the date on my return back. However they let me in. Quote

Achilles9 Posted January 3, 2019 Report Posted January 3, 2019 All the cruises with destination as foreign countries start from international pier and hence will have visa check. If you don't have stamped USA visa I would suggest not to go. You might read articles that you don't need visa for cruise to Bahamas etc which means you don't have to take visa of foreign country but you need stamped USA visa to come back. I did cruising from NYC to Nassau and back to NYC. Hope this helps Quote
