He will a breather since Last 5 year plan expenses mostly done like power projects, mission bharitha, mission kakatiya, 1 lakh double bed room construction already funded and construction going on etc. pending ante irrigation projects which will also be mostly done in the next 2 years. Enka major remaining intiatives like spending on hyd infra + wellfare schemes. So it is a calculated move on his part, if Modi does rytu bandhu then it will save the state some money to spend on other things

Those it self will cost a lot.

Raithu Bhandu money increased , pensions age decreased so more more beneficiaries , pension money also increased .

Not a fan of that scheme personally. 

Rythy Bhandu was huge hit since money was directly deposited to all the people's bank accounts without any corruption. I would like to see more schemes like that.

Double bedrooms construction , beneficiaries list etc will always be corruption prone.

We have been saving atleast 25-40k crores/year on these intiatives in last 4 years. Raitu bandu is 10k/year and current pensioners account for another 4-5k even if you double that we have enough money to spare/payoff loans. I know it’s not that simple but at the high level things appear OK

These houses are given irrespective of caste, religion or reservations status. This scheme have a powerful impact on poor and their future.

They are constructing enough for every homeless, KCR strictly instructed no party men or middlemen meddling and the allotment is 100%  discretionary powers of collectors and their office

Lets hope so. I personally like all those schemes  and hope they will continue.
