Latest Land rates in CRDA

Rates are per sq yards in INR.

1 acre = 1000 sq yards (Residential) + 450 sq yards (commercial) for Jareebu

250 sq yards (commercial) for metta lands.

Min 1 acre = 1250 sq yards (residential + commercial) depending on land

These rates are near to accurate. If anyone giving different numbers you can safely ask around these numbers or even less.
