Naku first 2 docs pamparu to fill criminal, credit , traffic tickets and reference forms. Avi intially nenu fill chesi pampanu. They started bg with that and after 3 days sent me eQIP login details and asked me to fill and submit.  Andalo kuda malla same info fill cheyali and chesanu. Mine was rejected couple of times and i had to update with suggestions given . Once we finally submit receipt of submission vastundi and thats it. Taruvata joining date vachindi once i passed background check. 1st day first thing they took me to some lab and took my finger prints. Nenu motham 15 days lo join kuda ayipoya. Drug screen kuda nenu just 2 days before my joining date ichanu.

Nope client HR would co-ordinate for eQIP . At least that was the case with me. eQIP pampedi kuda client HR aey.
