Usually u cant directly deal with client bypassing vendor unless client approaches you.

In house project of Lockheed. Prime vendor e contact lo unnadu. Lockheed HR asalu contact lo ledu. So that means it is not advisable to contact Lockheed or SSA directly right? I will just ask my friend to keep bugging prime vendor for updates roju phone cheytamanta then.

Yeah you should bug prime vendor . Shutdown nadustondi kada anduke slow undi untundi. Honestly, 6 weeks ante project hold loki kuda velli undachu. I would suggest your friend to look for other opportunities too. Federal kabatti thope anukovakkarledu laid back reluctance to change unna projects untayi even if latest tech use chesina . I felt it is setback in my career though i don't really regret because of the pay rate i got being a remote project . Ask him to start marketing. My two cents !
