we have this test for BG verification. one of my colleagues did this;

one week mundu all gaddi, alc, smoke manei.

test ki 72 hrs ninchi full water taagali. drink atleast 4 litres of water per day. one hour lo okkasaraina chucchu ki povali. 

on the day of test, drink a litre of water 40 min before test. mostly oka 15-20 mi l 1st time urine vachestundi, next vache 2nd time urine sample ivvali.

Enta enduku kashtapadali ilantivi em cheyakunda unte just like that anyday anytime wihtout planning walk in cheyachu. Drug test ki enta preparation ah?
