Hyd. Police detected Rs. 3,000 cr. worth brokerage scam

A whopping Rs. 3,000 cr. brokerage scam has been detected by Hyderabad Police. When several investors complained about money lost by investing in some brokering companies, police began investigating and detected this scam. The scamsters are mainly from Indoor in Madhya Pradesh (MP). Their modus operandi is to employ a number telecallers, who keep calling potential investors, to invest in shares. They promise high returns. Once the customer takes a risk and invests lakhs of rupees, there is no response from these companies.
