under New Exploration Licencing policy, certain gas fields have been already given to Ambani's in bidding and it is a legally protected contracted, just because a state CM protested, such a legally binding contract will not be rolled back, neither changes will be made. There is the department, Director General of HydroCarbons which oversees such explorations, and not just Ambani but Cairn energy, ONGC, GSPC etc have been given similar contracts. The discovery of petroleum is always uncertain until it hits the right spot. GSPC is one such classic example.

Oh yeah, I have an idea and I have followed that news item. It is just another conspiracy story. With the information in the public domain, it is as good as another conspiracy theory...

such gas fields allocations have happened way back starting mid-1990's and YSR is a too small person to even tackle or influence them.
