They will just go with records on paper. There will be abuse. 

one of my friend used to get BC scholarship because on paper his father income was less since he was into business , but not actually poor.

Modi can call for joint session of parliament and do a constitutional amendment

Court has no authority if passed in parliament, this needs 2/3 rd majority

it may fail, but BJP will get a lot of mileage as all other parties are opposing this

general category votes that were split earlier will come to BJP now.. its a master stroke anyway if passed or not

కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సంచలన నిర్ణయాన్ని తీసుకుంది. అగ్రవర్ణాల్లోని పేదలకు 10 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లను కేటాయించాలని నిర్ణయించింది. ఈ మేరకు ప్రధాని మోదీ అధ్యక్షతన జరిగిన కేంద్ర కేబినెట్ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఎనిమిది లక్షల రూపాయల లోపు వార్షికాదాయం ఉన్నవారి కుటుంబాలకు ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాలు, విద్యాసంస్థల్లో ఈ రిజర్వేషన్లు వర్తిస్తాయి. దీనికి సంబంధించిన రాజ్యాంగ సవరణ బిల్లును రేపు పార్లమెంటులో ప్రవేశపెట్టనున్నారు. లోక్ సభ ఎన్నికలు సమీపిస్తున్న తరుణంలో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయం ప్రాధాన్యతను సంతరించుకుంది. మరోవైపు, అగ్రవర్ణాల్లోని పేదలకు రిజర్వేషన్లను కల్పించాలనే డిమాండ్లు ఎప్పటి నుంచో ఉన్నాయి
