disc herniation and disc bulge.. any suggestions

Had lower back problems for couple of years. Recent MRi lo thelisindi disc herniation and disc bulge undani.. Any one faced similar issues?

tried physiotherapy and chiroproctors, spent thousands on dollars on them but useless.

Weight valla kuda vastundi. Do you have weak legs and heavy upper part of thr body? If so, yes.

 

i had the same issue. Lost around 12 kilos of weight with some regular excercise. 

Donot go for surgery as it worsens the situation.

Mostly, there is no general cure. Just acceot it and go anthe

I am lean and exercise regularly..  Surgery out of question, will never go with it.. And also a week back came to know that I had low Vitamin D through blood test. so taking supplements.

And India lo manchi doctor ki chupincha medication ichadu.

surgery will never go for it. 29 years old.

Sorry man 29 ki vachesindi. I got disc bulge (very light though) now (35).

use suppliment and regular medicines. Do some yoga which should help you.
