India too diversified bro. meaning every state wants to follow their own laws unlike US. So constitutional change is needed to allow states to have control but this won't happen anytime soon. All 29 states won't have same understanding at any given time and everyone is pushing their own agenda. So we can't really conclude who is correct and who isn't.

No. India cannot survive as a country because the center cannot satisfy the ambitions of the states. AP's case is just the beginning..
