Dagarlo unna gym lo join iypo. If money isn’t a issue oka trainer ni pettuko and follow him.. Good luck for 6 packs and a beautiful chick ba😄

I would say clean the kitchen first.... throw junk food.. no soda no sugars...if u seriously looking to build and burn fat

next, get a trainer if first time.... oka 10 sessions use chesko then continue... get an account on bodybuilding.com ..inka ninnu evvaadu aaaapaledu
