-->limit alchohol...only wine (weekends)...

--> at least 1 mile walk every day no matter what, minimum 1 mile,  

--> limit rice, lunch lo one cup

--> at least 2 type of fruits in daily diet

--> compulsory green item in the diet (brocolli, spinach, lettuce...etc)

--> no junk food,like chips, fried stuff etc

 

chala kastam follow avvadam naku 1 month pattindi alavatu avvadaniki..but finally did it..

 

no GYM nothing...lost 7 kgs in 3 months..

thats the point kada...maintaing this diet..thats my goal...appudappudu party/function etc lo beer biryani OK..but regular la ila continue cheyyali..

so far 3 months chesa..no issues..and I am very positive that I will continue...and honestly oka sari body alavatu aithey..inka ibbandi undadhu....
