Yup ..i read it long back ...it seem preplanned such that after that big incident ...not inquiry was done and prime witness were not called to take their statements ..ntr himself was reluctant to visit hospital after such an attck...they say it was planned and executed by both cbn and vijayarama rao (who was the Commisioner at that time)
