if Jagan has to Tie up with KCR in any form, then a number of factors will come up

1) TG owes more than 5000 Crores to Andhra for previous electricity purchases 

2) TG sent numerous letters and court cases against irrigation projects in AP 

3) AP People hatred to KCR may impact Jagan 

 

Not sure why Jagan doesn't care about all this. This may give a reason for Pawan-TDP alliance again
