Avg spending increased know. It will continue to grow. Not necessarily all of them are rich but at least above middle class or both partners working. We only hear success stories obviously.  There are lot of IT employees who are living pay check to pay check in India or US and they maintain low profile so you never get to hear them out.

One thing I observed in recent times, lots and lots of people from remote villages in India are migrating to US, earning fast and buying lands and homes  in Hyderabad and since everybody wants to get a share in Hyd the real estate inflation in Hyd increased drastically and the consequences are local middle class telangana people from Hyd  cannot afford a home and are still struggling to get a home spending thousands of rupees in rent and I have seen many in my circle of friends and family.

  To break this, TG govt should do something for local  TG people in Hyd to be able to afford a home or put restrictions on outsiders specially NRIs who earn easy money and try to buy land or homes in HYD. 

For this post, I know I will be criticized  but I don't care I still want to say it.

But still man ilantivi 1000s of villas untay Hyd outskirts lo Nanakramguda, Kokapet, Gandipet and Manchirevula areas lo.. Asal hard to imagine how so many people are making that kind of money in India..

Loan tisukuntaru kada, it's not fully paid 90/100 lo. There are lot of people out there man, it's just that we don't know anthe. Those who are able to afford are the one's who can even think in those lines. Don't wonder too much.

yes but one thing for sure is these people are not your average two income IT professionals..Even NRIs kooda except for some Mesthris most of the people will not have that kind of money.. I was just curious asal veelu em chestaru ani.. Mostly business people, contractors, Movie actors alaa untaremo.. Movie actor Nani, Nikhil ilanti villa projects lone untarani some one told me once..

contractors, politicians, movie vallu, business owners vellu tappa pay cheque tho evaru konaleru veetini. rich making money and becomes ultra rich in india.
