naku telisina case lo... oka nanny ni tepincharu... inko 2weeks lo return back anukunapudu.. ame ki stroke vachindi...  vellu koncham manchi vallu.. so hospital expenses motham petukoni they gave extra money for her to recover..

be prepared for these cases...

antha easy kaadu bro andariki.. 

naa colleague ki amendment RFE response kosam waiting ..her hubby and <1 year daughter in india.. maneyandi job antaru janalu andaru..it's not that easy based on how hard to get a good job and keep it. at the same time increased cost of living..

Even if you find a desi nanny from india you are not going to spend lot of time with 6 month kid all day since both of you are working . So it’s same in terms of time you spend with kid even if you send kid to day care .

day care workers are trained a lot compared to nanny . So think again !

find a day care which has live feed camera access .
