haha.. antha scene ledhu. I'm equally scared of hindus and muslims who use religion in politics. i don't find one as better than the other.

I have bangladeshi friends who are muslims and I can clearly tell this is the biggest nonsense you have spewed so far... im not saying that based on just those guys but based on the stories they narrated about their country

bengalis are, by nature less religious. applies to hindu bengalis too. They don't use religion much in politics. Didnt you notice Sheikh Hasina (a neoliberal MMS kind of capitalist piece of sh1t leader, but not communal) got elected to PM office for the 3rd or 4th term? Do you think Hindus would let that kind of PM that benefits everyone (not just Hindus) to be elected? you know the answer. It came in 2014.  

anyway atleast your bengali friends are honest about their country, unlike you who probably takes care to make sure to balance good and bad in india. personally, i just sh1t on India to my non-Indian friends whenever asked.

No. I don't pray for any religion to survive. I'm just polite to all of them. but only as a courtesy to people who follow it. I wish all religions die.

I'm scared of hinduism too. didn't a bunch of atheists (around 3-4) get killed in India in the past 4-5yrs?

who knows how many regular folk get killed for questioning religion and we don't hear about it.

They were sad how things changed in their country and how, as kids, they all celebrated hindu festivals (especially durga pooja) back in the 80s but now they cant do it anymore because of the reasons you already know but probably would not like to admit ...  on the contrary, in India we still participate in christmas and ramzan celebrations openly and still bare their azaan five times a day and telugu chrisitan jingles every day, both belonging to minorities ...

do you have tamil friends who are extremely religious? haha.. because I'm going to claim that tamils are among the least religious group in India (not the most, because north east has that honour).

my claim is based on the simple observation of what tamilians did, than based on what normal tamilians I know told me about their mariamma temple in their home town, and how they parade naked dalit men as a ritual.

and what tamils did was, embrace a rationalist movement (with all its limitations) in a way that no other group did in India. I think its a fair way to classify a group as less religious, even if the individuals hold a lot of religious beliefs.

before 1999, Congress was a hindutva party. so an actual decent govt that India had was between 2004-14, when Sonia headed it.

its obvious what happened to it. india perhaps invented fake news, way before Trump caught on to it. Modi was elected on the back of artificial crisis, and scams, and general bigotry.

haha.. so your muslim friends were sad that they were not able to participate in durga pooja, and you say that as proof of what?

if anything, it makes my point that bangladeshis rise above religion. normal indians b1tch about muslims, don't talk about them in a nice way.

yeah, there's a growing anti minority reactionary force in politics in bangladesh. but again, they didn't win the election, like Modi did in India.

Sheikh Hasina may have adopted some of their policies to win, but she's not Modi level communal. her govt in fact tried pak supporters in the 1971 war successfully. has Modi hung Maya Kodnani, or Sadhvi pragya? never.
