my brahmin friend (who mocks brahminism) says that I can chant a few mantras, and claim to be brahmin. Will other brahmins allow that? haha.. will they recognize that?

There's no contradiction in what I said. VHP is bunch of violent fools who don't have the larger hindu society's approval. They are only useful political fools. Their social agenda (to the extent they have any) is mocked by Hindus. You won't find hindus supporting them, but will vote for parties that associate with them. they vote because they are part of the cultural landscape of VHP, while disapproving of their methods (not just disapproving violence, but also caste free drama they do).

Hindu politics is full of hypocrisy, and dumbfcukery, and you are talking about 'truth'.

Anna... I just pointed the inconsistency in the argument you made and the Hippocracy in it. Hinduism na group ani nenu mention chesana? Your are just ASSUMING.
