Any idea about Marina Skies.

2 BHK=80 L and 3 BHK= 1cr  I guess we can expect 25k-30k in rents. Is it good investment /purely in terms of investment only.

no idea on flats. but purely investment ante waste. buy a land near to RRR zone or plots near to ORR
