To die with satisfaction of being Rich on paper. otherwise majority don't sell and book profits. Even if they sell they just rotate to other real estate.

We negotiated earlier but not proceeded as it’s a huge project and may take longer time , but they got permissions now 8 levels digging completed. 

They are quoting high now still worth to invest in such project which has direct connection( proposed) with metro ( proposed)

It’s south India’s tallest towers

Around 6800 per sft our right price and 8k for regular sale, but not negotiated.

Total Land: 10.25 Acres, Total Built up area – 87.2 Lakh sft (which includes building with 5 basements +ground + 6 parking floors + 37 upper floors), this is the initial plan for this project. Looks like they changed to 5 M sq feet later as per web link, not sure they are referring to space excluding parking in web link.
