If she wishes to stay more than 6 months, can she do it coz I-94 is valid for 1 year? or emaina paper work kavala with USCIS,DHS or CBP?? It happened to My friends spouse they gave 10 year GC at POE instead of 2 years for immigration visa through marriage. And USCIS issued 10 year card too... Quote
