what the players need is counseling.

this is the problem I have with a lot of office gender politics too. people are quick to find someone to blame, and pile on him/her. 

better is to simply keep working on making the environment slightly better, and to not do the same mistakes again.

Do you remember Chris Gayle got banned from bigbash for a season, for making a passing remark at a TV reporter, when she was interviewing him?

that was harassment  of a woman ... while the comments they made arent harassing any single person (once again not entirely sure what they said) ... different issues....

they didn't harass anyone, but just bragging about sexual conquests, and being creepy for the most part. especially that pandya guy. it reflects badly on the team's culture, and their comments can't be just swept under the carpet.

But I agree with Dravid that educating players on this is a process, and people should take a step back, and let sanity prevail.

Pandya is not a villain. lol. People are going overboard criticizing him.

I saw about 3-4 mins of it. Its not worth it.  unbearable to watch Karan Johar's smugness, and baiting tactics. he's a disgusting loser.

the entire thing is stupid. the initial ban may be have been justified, but with world cup around the corner, this may be curtains for atleast Rahul (who I consider to be really good player) to play in the world cup.

aa koffe with karan is such an idiotic show... he is a gossip monger and invites only all these nepotism actors/actresses and they all talk about their "fun moments" between each other... to me its an insult to many upcoming actors/actresses without any background who are much more talented than these sons and daughters of rich families...

that karan johar has a popular show, and makes that much money,, says a lot about how unbalanced our economy is.

an asshole making movies with the rich, for the rich, in a country where majority are poor. an illustration of how money is created for the rich (through loans for movies), and goes to the rich (his employees), with some bits and pieces to those on the periphery.

He'll make his money if just the rich/upper middle class watch his movies. The same can be said about Telugu/Tamil commercial movies too, with billionaire heroes.
