EBC reservation bill is already passed in both the houses in the parliament, kani aa bill implement avvali ante constitution marchali which is in the premises of supreme court , supreme court lo case pass avudda leda anedi we dont know

now, every respective department comes up guidelines on how to implement the new reservation system.

I guess it's states right on how to implement that 10% reservation. 

All states will defeat it's purpose now use it to their own political benefits.
