Infact, this bill itself is a loop hole...it covers 90% of the population. Very tough to implement and beneficiaries are also limited. 

For example, if there 100 vacancies, the EBC will only be able to 10 people. Again, if we take graft into consideration, corrupt practices valla a 10 members lo oka 5 members advantage teesukunna, actual beneficiaries will barely be 5.

I have normally refrained from commenting on this reservation, only because its better for uppercastes to ask for what they want, than constantly mock others for taking reservations, like fcuking losers.

Even if it is challenged in court, this Govt will bring in ordinance to over turn the order. 

Overall, this case is weak..best case scenario la supreme may order reconsideration of the limits but the law as a whole is too weak to be stuck down in court.
