India la almost all states have their reservation policies struck down by Supreme Court which were breaching 50% Mark. 

Ie 50% rule anedi pettindi Supreme Court...it wanted to limit caste based reservations to a upper ceiling of 50%. Saying so, Haryana has 70%, Tamil kadu has 69%, Maharashtra has 68%....that’s because of local demographics and population sensus.
