To reduce paper usage and easy counting ki EVMs ki shifted, EVMs means inchuminchu 4-5 hours lo result trend will be clear.. ballot Papers means takes lot of time some times counting could go to next day also. Rigging in ballots was told to be easy but now tampering of EVMs is being heard don't know whether its possible or not.
