But i'm still no convinced with this idea. Phase two lo remaining nearby villages lo land tisukunte, you may never know if they honor same package. First time CRDA lands offer ichinappudu they came up with land pooling area. ippudu pakkan oorulo already peaks lo sell chesthe gov in case acquisition cheyyali anna it will be very expensive. I really don't know how it will play out.

i dont think govt will consider for pooling these out f villages. appudu ante farmers icharu coz tha land rates r pretty much low. now crs lo vunna land ni farmers ivvaru and infact govt kuda vunna pooling land ni develop chesthe chalu ani vundi.
