Live agriculture land konukoni emi chestaru? Even after you buy 1 acre or 10 acre land, how are you going to maintain it? If you have intention to sell it has to be in valid/good condition. For that you have to put effort. CRDA lo gov is doing that maintenance work even if they charge you at later point (this is another disco point most people won't realize). Development lo land aithe you have evergreen buyers but ala border lands lo naku aithe pure risk ani strong feeling.

CRDA permission ivvaru man. I'm sure those who brought land they must have brought the land which is already in pooling.

At present CRDA areas ni anukuni unna areas lo major projects ki permissions ivvatledu.. They want the development first in the landpooling region..Recent gaa naku telsina party kunchanapalli lo Villa project ki apply cheste they denied permission..

wait n see. capital lo kante speed ga residential colonies pedaparimi tadikonda lo vastay coz of affordability .

and crda costructing 50m radial roads through these villages from inner ring road to capital
