I agree Tadikonda arealo for sure vastai...one big advantage is it just 10 kms away from Guntur as well..people from guntur will move based on affordability and land availability

Quarters are being built by gov so there is no surprise. Current rates hike kuda due to employees buying land in the area after Judicial complex notification. Meeru real ga tadikonda velthe you know how ugly that place is. Money petti akkada konadam is foolish at least as of today.

penumaka, undavalli , tadepalli  half of the farmers are ready to give. Even Apple  maps lo the seed access road kuda update ayyindhi but it was abruptly stopped due to land pooling issue and once election is over CBN will issue land acquisition appudu vallaki chippa migultadhi because roads ki no one can object. In those cases vallaki land pooling is much better than land acquisition.

longterm investment e ga uncle. ave perugutay. but ippudu capital lo 20-30k petti tesukodam no sense. atleast for me , acres lo konaboyi cent 1.5k , ippudu ade land 20-30k ante i cant

amount of money same kada man. It's just your feeling about the actual land. How does it really matter?

all brokers there saying it will go into pooling soon ani. its just 2 acres between.

ala poolong ki tesukunna kani 10k ne paduthundi if i buy acre for 1.25cr.

ade pooling lo ithe 20k pettali now

Phase two lo it will expand for sure but this is a risk you are taking for which there is no guarantee you will be satisfied. The native of that village maybe happy because they have everything to gain but not you.

i have no idea about peda parimi uncle..i invest only based on Vjw/Guntur/surroundings...and i dont want to invest in capital untill any private builder starts building something
