You need to give a new W4 to employer. Some companies have online tool. W4 comes with a calculator to come up with a number ( from 1 to 14 I think) . More number means more deduction. Based on this year refund/tax payment, adjust it ( assuming no change to your income and tax related status like marriage/kids etc ) From this year, things have changed and unless you have mortgage payments and other investment incomes, standard deduction makes sense - especially for single filers.
