Specially India lo trust factor. If you are confident and able to control those who rent it's easy. We gave for rent and they pay every sixĀ months though they are good people it's not good to not to pay every month. In my case we are not really relying on the rent so it's ok, but what happens when you take a loan on the property and you have to pay the installment which is dependent on the rent you get? Quote
