HR SAAS Sales.....

One of my clients has an award winning product that enables HR to run their organization more effectively and efficiently - especially when it comes to candidate engagement for new hires.

 

Corporate headquarters in MA - but this is a Global company with an outstanding reputation.

 

$110,000 - $130,000 base salary and $230,000 realistic yr 1.  $300,000 income yr 2 and beyond is expected.

 

New England territory with 25-35% regional travel.  Position created due to the promotion of the previous representative for this territory.

 

Ideally, the candidate will have a strong track record of selling SAAS Solutions to HR.  They will be an over quota achiever in their career with a demonstrated track record of significant tenure with current and past employers (too much job hopping is frowned upon).
