Vancouver police arrested 47 men in operation targeting sexual predators

The Vancouver Police Department says 47 men were arrested in 2018 following a two-month operation that targeted people willing to purchase sexual services from youth. Seven men, including a school teacher, a school trustee and a firefighter, have been charged with "obtaining for consideration the sexual services of a person under the age of 18 years."
